You have several customization options, which vary depending on the item, including fabric color, embroidery design, font, text to be embroidered (name, meaningful word, or date), and thread color.

You can view the customization options in the product photos (scroll through the images and click on them to see them in full). In general, the placement and size of the embroidery are done as shown in the product photo. Please note that the text size depends on the number of letters to be embroidered. The longer the word, the smaller the font size will be. If you want a specific placement or a different size (e.g., a small and discreet name), please specify this in the special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate it. All embroidery designs can be adapted to your preferred colors, including multi-color designs (e.g., a rainbow). If you want other colors, please specify the thread color codes in the special requests.

The cherry pit and organic lavender dry heat pack provides softness and comfort for all ages. With no risk of burns, it helps relieve colic and abdominal pain. The heated cherry pits emit gentle warmth, while the lavender scent has a soothing effect. It is particularly helpful for calming restless children before bedtime. When cold, it helps reduce fever and alleviates bumps, cramps, and sprains.

Hot use: Place the heat pack, without its cover, in the microwave at 750W for 30 to 60 seconds, depending on the desired heat. You can also heat it in the oven at a low temperature or place it directly on a heat source, like a radiator.

Cold use: Place the heat pack, without its cover, in an airtight bag and leave it in the freezer for 1 hour.

Warning: Always check the temperature before placing it in contact with a child. Do not place it directly on your baby's skin; put it on a piece of clothing or fabric.

Washing and care: The cover of the heat pack can be machine-washed at 30°C. Be sure to turn it inside out and do not tumble dry. The inner part of the heat pack cannot be washed.
