Production times

We are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible and shipping them within 7 working days in general. Production times may be extended depending on the volume of orders to be processed and may vary depending on the items, particularly for crochet pieces and dollhouses. For exact lead times or for any urgent request, we invite you to contact us before placing an order via the contact form .

Delivery times and prices

For national shipments, orders are shipped by Swiss Post:

- Without tracking or signature: CHF 8.50, 2 working days (deadline not guaranteed)

- With tracking and signature: CHF 10.-, 2 working days (deadline not guaranteed)

It is also possible to collect your order free of charge from our workshop in Yverdon-les-Bains. To arrange an appointment, please contact us on 079 842 43 10.

For shipments to France and Belgium, orders are shipped by Swiss Post:

- Without tracking or signature: CHF 15.-, 2 to 5 working days (deadline not guaranteed and without insurance in the event of loss of the package)

Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
